Dear ISPO members,
We are very glad to announce to you the launch of the new ISPO Website, which has undergone a complete change in its technical approach.
It has new and interesting features that should satisfy many of your previous expectations we had discussed.
The new sections include the following features:
- ISPO NEWSLETTER, an informative space with news, technical articles, events, etc., which will be changed constantly and where all ISPO members are welcomed to send us news and articles to be published.
- ELECTRONIC JOURNAL, access to the electronic version of the ISPO Journal "Prosthetics and Orthotics International", published now by Informa Healthcare. for all ISPO members* with active memberships.
- REPORTS OF EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETINGS, active ISPO members* will be able to read the final minutes of the Executive Board meetings.
- ON LINE EDITING of the content of the web page for members of the different executive committees that have editing rights, which should make the new web page much more dynamical and independent from a sole web master.
- All the National Member Societies will have the possibility to create a web site on our server free of charge, which has the same technical features and presentation as the main ISPO web site. An instruction manual on how to edit this WebPages is places on the web site. This feature will be available by next week and we will send the access information with a separate mail to each national member society.
You can visit this new ISPO Website in the same address you know:
http://www.ispo.ws
We would welcome your comments and recommendations for the new web site, in order update it constantly and make it as useful as possible for our members.
* All active ISPO Members are able to "Login as a Member" using his/her ISPO-No as "Login" and also as "Password".
Please note that you should use your membership number as it is registered in our database including a point after the first 3 numbers and one point after the first 4 numbers. For example as following: 012.3.0006
Once authenticated you should use the "Change Password" link below your name, to change the authentication password. To change the password just write the "Old Password" (your ISPO-No), then write the "New Password" you want, and then click on [Login].
In case of technical questions you are welcomed to contact Gilberto Meléndez under the following mail:
